This Privacy Policy explains how AMELIA HQ, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through BUSTMOB.COM, the related iOS application, GoalFinder, photo galleries, blogs, community features, Company-administered or moderated social-media communities, BUSTMOB LIVE programming and events, store, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy is supplemented by our Consumer Health Data Notice, which applies only to consumers and information subject to an applicable consumer-health-data law, as stated in that notice. If the Consumer Health Data Notice conflicts with this Policy regarding Consumer Health Data, the Consumer Health Data Notice controls to the extent of the conflict.
1. Scope; Children; Third-Party Platforms
This Policy applies to personal information that we collect through the Services and in communications with you concerning the Services. It does not govern personal information collected independently by third parties, including Facebook, YouTube, Apple, payment processors, delivery carriers, advertisers, sponsors, clinics, or other third-party services, even if we link to or interact with them. Their practices are governed by their own notices and terms.
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 provided personal information to us, contact us at support@bustmob.com.
2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Depending on the Services you use, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
A. Account and Contact Information. Name, username, email address, password or authentication credentials, phone number if you provide it, account settings, account identifiers, and communications preferences.
B. Profile and Community Information. Profile information, selected demographic or preference information, community participation, privacy settings, and information you choose to make available through profile, community, directory, or event features.
C. User Content and Communications. Posts, comments, reactions, reviews, photos, videos, captions, messages, event questions, reports, feedback, support requests, and other content or communications you provide. Depending on the feature and your settings, this information may be visible to other users, group members, the public, moderators, or third-party platform providers.
D. Procedure-Related and Health-Adjacent Information. Information you choose to provide about cosmetic procedures, providers, consultations, recovery, experiences, outcomes, preferences, concerns, or related interests. Certain information in this category may be Consumer Health Data and is addressed in our Consumer Health Data Notice.
E. Photos, Videos, and Associated Information. Uploaded photographs and videos, captions, tags, visibility selections, and associated information. We may process, retain, remove, or otherwise handle metadata as described by the applicable feature or as necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the Services. Do not upload content that depicts or identifies another person unless you have the authority and consent to do so.
F. Internet, Device, and Usage Information. IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, application version, log information, cookie or similar identifier, approximate location derived from IP address, pages and features used, searches, filters, links clicked, referral source, interaction events, crash reports, security signals, and similar information. If our mobile application uses a device advertising identifier or collects precise location information, we will provide any notice and obtain any consent required by law before doing so.
G. Commerce, Transaction, and Support Information. Order information, shipping address, transaction and payment-token information received from payment processors, purchases, promotions, returns, exchanges, customer-support communications, and fraud-prevention information.
H. Inferences. Preferences, interests, recommendations, fraud or safety signals, and other inferences that we generate from information described above, subject to applicable law. Health-related inferences are addressed in our Consumer Health Data Notice where applicable.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect personal information directly from you; automatically from your device and your use of the Services; from other users who interact with you or report content; from service providers acting for us; from transaction, shipping, and support providers; from social-media or other third-party platforms when you choose to interact with or connect them; and from publicly or commercially available sources where permitted by law.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:

Provide, operate, maintain, secure, personalize, troubleshoot, and improve the Services, including accounts, community features, GoalFinder, photo galleries, events, and store functions;

Create and administer accounts; display content according to your settings; enable search, filtering, communications, and other user-requested functions;

Process transactions, fulfill orders, provide shipping and customer support, administer promotions, and communicate about purchases;

Moderate content; investigate reports; prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized activity, and violations of our agreements; and protect Company, users, and others;

Communicate transactional, account, security, legal, product, service, event, and support notices. You may opt out of marketing communications, but not messages necessary to administer your account, transactions, security, legal obligations, or the Services;

Conduct permitted analytics, quality assurance, auditing, research, and product development;

Comply with law, respond to legal process, establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, enforce agreements, and preserve records; and

Carry out other purposes compatible with the context in which information was collected and permitted by law. If we intend to use information for a materially different purpose requiring additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
We do not use Consumer Health Data for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use private messages, procedure-related posts, uploaded procedure-outcome photos, GoalFinder activity, or health-related inferences for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly permit advertising technology providers to use Consumer Health Data collected through the Services for their own advertising or profiling purposes.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
A. Service Providers. Hosting, cloud storage, security, communications, customer support, content moderation, analytics, professional services, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, fraud prevention, and similar providers that process information on our behalf under contractual restrictions.
B. Other Users and the Public. As directed by your selected privacy settings, your participation in public, searchable, group, or community features, or the functionality you choose to use. Content posted through Company-administered Facebook groups, YouTube features, or other third-party platforms may also be subject to those platforms’ practices.
C. Affiliates and Corporate Transaction Participants. Company affiliates for disclosed operational and business-administration purposes, and purchasers, investors, lenders, advisers, insurers, and successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets, subject to applicable law.
D. Legal and Safety Recipients. Government authorities, courts, law enforcement, professional advisers, insurers, and others when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process; prevent fraud, abuse, or imminent harm; protect the security of the Services; enforce our rights or agreements; or protect Company, users, or others.
E. Commercial Participants. Providers, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates, and event partners only as separately disclosed, directed by you, or permitted by law. We do not disclose Consumer Health Data to advertising technology providers for their independent advertising, audience-building, retargeting, or profiling purposes.
6. Cookies, Similar Technologies, and Choices
We and our service providers use cookies, software-development kits, pixels, log files, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, fraud prevention, preferences, measurement, and other disclosed purposes. You can manage nonessential technologies through browser or device settings and other controls we make available. We will process applicable opt-out preference signals where required by law. Disabling certain technologies may affect functionality.
We evaluate advertising, retargeting, session-replay, and similar technologies before deployment on sensitive pages or features. This Policy does not authorize any vendor to use personal information for a purpose not authorized by Company or applicable law.
7. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide and secure the Services, meet legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate records. Retention depends on the nature of the information, the feature used, legal requirements, security needs, and whether deletion is requested. We may retain de-identified, aggregated, backup, archival, and legally preserved information as permitted by law.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about our processing or disclosures, or to opt out of certain processing. You may also manage profile visibility, marketing communications, and cookie choices through the relevant settings or links. To submit a privacy request, contact support@bustmob.com.
We may verify your identity and authority before acting on a request and may deny or limit requests as permitted by law. Rights and procedures concerning Consumer Health Data are described in our Consumer Health Data Notice. California residents may have additional rights under California law if applicable; Company will provide a state-specific notice or request mechanism where required by law.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting your devices and account credentials. If we determine that a security incident requires notification, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, providers, advertisers, sponsors, and services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their content, products, services, privacy practices, or security. Review their terms and privacy notices before providing information or engaging with them.
11. Enforcement
Company may investigate suspected violations of this Policy, the Terms of Use, or applicable law and may suspend accounts, restrict access, remove content, preserve information, and take other action as permitted by law and the Terms of Use.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change materially affects our processing of personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law before the change takes effect.
